Alongside our annual bus network reviews, we work closely with operators year-round to monitor services and make improvements. To keep the network running efficiently, operators may make minor changes throughout the year.
These changes must be registered with us six weeks in advance, though urgent updates can happen with less notice. Below is a list of changes we’re aware of.
We aim to update online timetables, journey planners, and at-stop information before changes take effect, but this isn’t always possible. Please check your journey before you travel to ensure you have the latest information.

Some bus routes will change operator.
nBus is now the only ticket for bus travel and can be used on any operator in the West Midlands.

Changes to service numbers 11 to 25
From 8 September, service 12A will operate a revised route due to roadworks on Trindle Road in Dudley.
Buses will be diverted via King Street, Vicar Street and Inhedge. The service will return to its normal route once the roadworks are completed.
From 8 September, service 14 will operate a revised route due to roadworks on Trindle Road in Dudley.
Buses will be diverted via King Street, Vicar Street and Inhedge. The service will return to its normal route once the roadworks are completed.
From 8 September, service 19 will operate a revised route due to roadworks on Trindle Road in Dudley.
Buses will be diverted via King Street, Vicar Street and Inhedge when travelling into Dudley. The service will return to its normal route once the roadworks are completed.
From 26 September, services 23 and 24 will operate revised timetables with full frequencies restored.
From 26 September, service 25 will operate a revised route.

From Sunday 27 September, this Stagecoach service will operate a revised timetable to improve the reliability of the service. The route will no longer serve Burnaby Road and Holbrook Lane (bus stops).
